Renee Kathleen Zellweger
Renee Kathleen Zellweger was born on
April 25 1969 in Katy, Texas, Her mother, Kjellfrid Irene (Andreassen), is a
Norwegian-born former nurse and midwife, of Norwegian, Kven (Finnish) as well
as Swedish descent. Emil Erich Zellweger is her father. He is a Swiss engineer.
They were became married in 1963. Drew Zellweger was Renee's older brother. He
is an executive in the field of marketing who was born on the 15th of February
1967. Renee got interested in acting at the age of 14 when she was a member of the
drama group. She enrolled in an acting class at the University of Texas
(Austin) and began to consider acting as a career. She was determined to
perform after graduation, but Hollywood can be a difficult field to get into.
Renee decided not to quit Texas and auditioned at Houston to be cast in roles.
Matthew McConaughey (another Hollywood rising star) was her pal while she was
filming of Texas Chainsaw Massacre II: The Next Generation (1994). Renee
noticed him working on a project , and she auditioned. She was offered the role
of Love and the 45 (1994). The role was a huge success and was a huge success
and earned her the respect of many that she decided to move to Los Angeles. Her
breakthrough came in another part in The Whole Wide World (1996). Cameron Crowe
was busy with casting Jerry Maguire (1996) starring Tom Cruise. Crowe was
taking a look at actresses like Bridget Fonda and Marisa Tomei when they
appeared on Zellweger's The Whole Wide World (1996). The audition was conducted
by Zellweger to make sure that he was his Dorothy Boyd. After her success in a
couple of independent films, Renee felt confident enough to return to the
big-budget Hollywood film industry. Meryl Streep was the co-star in One True
Thing (1998). She also took a role in Me, Myself & Irene (2000) in
which she starred alongside Jim Carrey, and soon after that, she started dating
Jim Carrey. in the title role in Bridget Jones's Diary (2001).
