Heather Locklear, also known as Heather Deen Locklear, was born on September 25, 1961, in Westwood. She is an actor, producer, and is famous for Melrose Place (1992), The Perfect Man (2006) and The Return of Swamp Thing (89). Her previous marriage was to Richie Sambora and Tommy Lee. Richie Sambora is her ex-husband as well as a part of Bon Jovi. Ava Locklear, aka Ava Elizabeth Sambora, was her daughter. Her birth date was October 4th, 1997 and was married to Richie Sambora.
